Noida: In a bid to increase transparency in Noida real estate market the Noida, greater Noida and Yamuna authorities are about to upload all details about housing projects that are being developed by different builders. This has been designed to avoid property related frauds which had been continually in the rise in the lucrative real estate market of Noida. The directive has been issued by Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav. Work on the matter has already started as officials have started to buy additional server space to expand the website to contain such information.Buyers had been demanding for a long time for some measure to be taken by the government against fraud builders and wanted information about builders to be available somewhere approved by the government.Noida Authority OSD, Manoj Rai said, “We have planned to upload all land ownership and title related details on our website. Apart from that, lease deed conditions, status of sanctioning building layout plan and other NOCs and notices issued to the developers will also be uploaded. We are going to purchase additional space for our website for the purpose.”The developers are divided in their approach to the move. While some builders have welcomed the move as this would increases transparency and gain people’s trust, others have simply opposed it. Brijesh Bhanote of 3C Company belongs to the first group of developers. He went ahead to say, “We welcome the move by the Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna authorities who have collectively decided to upload the relevant details about projects of all builders on their respective websites. This will undoubtedly be a significant tool for all prospective buyers to understand the nature of the projects in a better manner. We all know incomplete information is more harmful than no information.
