Hyderabad: The Government has taken metro projects at utmost priority and is clearing out the path for the Hyderabad Metro Rail. Various buildings and structures are disappearing to make way for the Metro rail. GHMC issued notices to several landmark buildings on either end of the Begumpet flyover including White House, Lifestyles and Varun Motors etc.Property owners of Lifestyle and White house have received land acquisition notice last week by GHMC authority. They can file their objections till July 29 to the Metro rail authority. These are the prominent land marks of the city and demolition of these buildings can change the contours of the city.Notice issued stated that half of the first block which is adjacent to the road out of the three blocks of White house will be demolished. Lifestyle building will have to give away its open space for Metro project which will in result reduce the mandatory Floor Area Ration (FAR) of Lifestyle building. According to the building norms, lifestyle building will have to demolish one of its floors to comply with the norms.More than half of the building of Varun Motors will be demolished and apart from these buildings, country club will also have to go through land acquisition.Owners of these structures are protesting against the Metro authority’s decision saying the metro alignment has been designed to save the Chief Minister’s camp office from demolition.Suraj Prasad Agarwal, owner of White house said that curvature allowed for the metro rail alignment is 120 meters at any turning but in Begumpet it has been relaxed to 100 meters to save the CM’s office building from demolition.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
