On Saturday, Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) inaugrated CREDAI Property Exhibition in Hotel Lalit Ashok, Bangalore. The exhibition saw a huge response from the people. About 51 well-known real estate developers and 10 financial institutions partcipated in this realty expo.The exhibition was inaugrated by the founder- president of CREDAI- Karnataka. The exhibition was expecting a huge number of audiences as the realty fair displayed wide array of projects by renowned developers. To encourage the customers to invest in residential projects and properties, the contributors are offering reduced interest rates and processing fees. The exhibition which is organized in Kalinga and Siddharth hall has a separate exhibition area for banking and financial institutions.According to the CREDAI- Karnataka President, the demand for real estate has increased in Bangalore and therefore CREDAI- Bangalore Expo is one of the most awaited stages for the prospective buyers and investors. Bangalore real estate has been unwavering for last few years and even the current real estate scenario in Bangalore is stable and is expected to remain stable in the years to come. The location has been observed as one of the finest location for real estate investment in India. Apart from Bangalore, the other locations in Karnataka such as Belgaum, Hubli, Mysore and other such Tier II cities are also witnessing an escalating demand in real estate.According to the market experts, the current real estate scenario is favorable for investment as the property rates are expected to increase in coming days.
