DTZ Restructures Its Operations in India to Provide Better Services

DTZ-restructureNew Delhi: The global consulting company DTZ announced on Thursday its restructuring plans for India. The company will update its real estate operations in Indian real estate activities so as to serve the clients better and ensure business growth.DTZ has formed a new company. The restructuring is being brought about to strengthen the client servicing experience and differentiate it from the rest and form a stronger base for long term competition in the market.DTZ said in a statement, “The new company structure will have three client groups comprising occupiers, investors and developers at the nucleus of its structure and an overarching Strategic Client Service organization to augment customer experience.”Anuj Nagpal and Aniruddha Walah have been made the new managing directors by DTZ. While Mr. Nagpal will head Investor Services and Occupier Services, Mr. Walah will head the Transactions department. Shashi Bushan has been made the managing director of Project Management Services (Fitouts) and Karun Varma have been elevated to be the managing director of Strategic Client Services & New Businesses. DTZ-India Chief Executive Anshul Jain said, the design of the organizational structure has been changed and designed to be thus to speed up growth and accelerate service delivery.DTZ will offer services that will include project management, facilities management, base build development, transactions (corporate leasing), valuations, consulting, private and institutional investments, land advisory and research services.DTZ is one of the global leaders in property related services.
