Now Aadhar Card could be Essential for Property Transaction

aadhar-cardIf you have still not applied for Aadhar Card then apply soon as it can be now essential for your property transaction. To ensure that the property is legal and to avoid the fraudulent issues related to property transaction, the state government is planning to launch Unique Identification (UID) which would be based on the biometric verification process of the property transaction and all the land record data will be linked with the Aadhar number.According to the official, it has happened many times that properties have been sold with fake identity.  Therefore to avoid such deceptive act and Benami sale or transfer, the state government of Maharashtra will link the land record data with Aadhar number and similar to fingerprints, people have to give their biometric data.The process will be primarily initiated in Pune, Mumbai and Thane. The transaction process will include registration, purchase and sales of property, leave and license, lease and gift of immovable property.  The registration and the Stamp department are also requesting the land record department to integrate land and property Card data with UID numbers. Maharashtra state has around 2.3 crore rural land records (saatbara) and 50 lakh urban property records.The Registration and the Stamp department have already started with the process. It uses the biometric authorization which is not based on Aadhar in which 15 officials at the sub-registrar office will provide UID numbers to access the software. According to the official, the current system does not require Aadhar-number based identification, it will continue with UIDAI.Out of the total population of Maharashtra, about 6 crore of the citizens have enrolled in UIDAI.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
