Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has decided to expand the financial support for the Delhi Metro Rails Phase III and IV work. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has planned to expand Delhi NCR Metro for which land development agency has granted about Rs 1,500 crore.Soft loans for the Delhi Metro’s expansion are mostly provided by Japan and Ministry of Urban Development wants to lower the dependency on Japan. Central Government had decided to use new financial model two years ago to eventually replace the Japan International Cooperation Agency.The DDA is going to bestow the amount of Rs 1,500 crore to the DMRC for the expansion work of the Metro rail. The amount will be transferred to the DMRC in phases and an amount of Rs 310 crore has already been sanctioned to the DMRC.The DDA is funding the project with the resources from the Urban Development Fund. The DDA has also paid Rs 320 crore to the DMRC for extending Metro to the Dwarka sub city. Expansion of Dwarka Metro rail has benefited the real estate of close by localities. The DDA is also expecting the same from the Phase III and IV expansion of the Metro Rail.Union Urban Development Minister has also asked DDA to assign an additional fund of Rs 10,000 crore apart from the 1,500 they have sanctioned. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
