The renowned real estate firm Gaursons has planned to buy 300 acre of land on Yamuna Expressway worth Rs. 1,500 crore. The company is going to invest in the land, in order to build an integrated township and provide homes to the affordable segment. Jaypee Group who constructed Yamuna Expressway is providing the land to Gaursons.The company has already signed the deal with Jaypee Group and has paid 25% of the total amount. The proposed integrated township will comprise of 15000 flats, plots, hospitals, schools, infrastructural facilities and other basic amenities. The project is expected to be launched within 6 months. The apartment price ranges from Rs. 25 lakh to Rs. 40 lakh which is quite affordable. Another advantage of this township is that it is located in vicinity to Jaypee Group’s F1 track.Gaursons is one of the reputed real estate firm that headquarters in Ghaziabad. It has launched projects in Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Noida. The company along with another realty firm, Saviour is currently developing a new 24-acre township project, Gaur City which is worth Rs. 5,000 crore. The project is being constructed in Noida Extension, it comprises of 25,000 homes. Apart from this the company has also developed a township, Crossing Republik.
