According to property experts the house will easily fetch an amount of Rs 450 crore for being a vast property as well as for bring located in one of the most in-demand parts of the city.The premise includes office space as well as Bourneville apartments where the top officials of Cadbury India reside. The property is located on Altamont Road which also houses posh residences of India’s top industrialists such as Makesh Ambani, Gautam Singhania and Kumar Mangalam Birla. Recent sale of a property on Altamont road fetched Rs 340 crore. Therefore experts are pretty sure that the iconic building will easily fetch Rs 450 crore. Flats in the area are presently being sold at Rs 60,000 per sq ft.Cadbury India has witnessed exponential growth in the last few years. Though the Cadbury House which has three floors and has a total space of 50,000 sq feet and basement area of 5,000 sq ft it cannot accommodate all the 500 employees of Cadbury India, Mumbai. Additional space was leased in Lower Parel last year but even that has been filled up now.
