He also said that these months are actually the best ones to speed up the construction till the monsoon arrives. But nothing happened according to the expectations.Worrisome sand exporters have expressed their concerns for the following deficit of materials and said that the transportation ban from Karnataka is one of the major saddening issues. Hence the major transportation is done form Karwar, Ramnagar and Londa. The quality of sand from these places has a finer quality and thus cost excessively high.The shortage will impact the prices of properties, however the builders are not in a mood to transfer it to buyers as the sector is still in a sluggish form.
