Lack of Construction Material Hits Goa Real Estate

sandGoa: It’s a tough time for the real estate sector of Goa. A two-fold blow by the government has deteriorated the pace of construction to a great extent. On one hand the Goa government has banned the extraction of sand and meanwhile the Karnataka government has stopped it’s transportation of materials to Goa. This led the prices of necessary construction materials to pull up as much as 100 percent, making it painful for the current developments. Apart from major construction material like sand, other useful materials like stone aggregate, rubble and laterite stones are also in a state of deficiency. The paucity of sand has affected the on-going construction very badly, expresses former president of CREDAI. He also said that these months are actually the best ones to speed up the construction till the monsoon arrives. But nothing happened according to the expectations.Worrisome sand exporters have expressed their concerns for the following deficit of materials and said that the transportation ban from Karnataka is one of the major saddening issues. Hence the major transportation is done form Karwar, Ramnagar and Londa. The quality of sand from these places has a finer quality and thus cost excessively high. The shortage will impact the prices of properties, however the builders are not in a mood to transfer it to buyers as the sector is still in a sluggish form. With the coming of new government in the state of Karnataka, the transportation ban might be lifted, expects developers and transporters. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
