New Delhi: In a drive to replace a 6 decade old property registration system the Delhi government is about to put in place a transparent online system that will free Delhi dwellers from hassles and touts while registering their properties. The online service which the government is determined to make functional by the end of 2013 will enable the people to receive access to all 13 sub-registrar offices across Delhi. The system will not be bound by any jurisdictional issues. In the existing system people have to get their properties registered according to the jurisdictional area of each sub-registration office where their properties are located. Ownership details, past transaction details and genuineness of the property can also be checked on the online portal. The present system is being replaced not only because it makes the registration process much more difficult but also because the system is heavily corrupted where people either have to face a lot of trouble to get their properties registered or have to spend extra money to get the job done through touts. Urban Development and Revenue Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely admits that the old system is flawed and the new mechanism will bring relief to all people who can now avoid major hardship while going through the property registration process.Arvinder Singh Lovely also said that the online portal will have an online fee calculator which will help users to determine the exact amount they will have to pay for the registration. It will also contain details about stamp duties and other documents that are required for property registration.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
