Pune: Owners who need to register for deemed conveyance can expect a sigh of relief from paying 1% additional body cess on the value of flat. The honourable chief minister of the state has decided to discuss on the matter of additional weight of 1% local body cess that has been administered by the IGR of the state (Inspector General of registration). The IGR office used to collect 1% additional cess with the stamp duty on the documents that have been registered on or after April 1, 2013. However the older housing societies that have not been registered before the mentioned date also have to pay the cess. This has created a situation of stress on the societies that needed to finish off the conveyance deed procedures as highly encouraged by the state government.CREDAI Maharashtra has requested the chief minister to give his valuable time to look over the cess issue and if possible provide some relief to the flat owners. The meeting of CREDAI with ministers including Prithviraj Chavan and Balasaheb Thoras (Revenue minister) is all about reconsidering the levy of such cess on documents for conveyance deed and second sale of flats; a result of complaints received from many owners. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
