Dehradun: Max India Group has decided to develop a residential project dedicated to the senior citizen which will be situated in Dehradun. Antara Senior Living, arm of the Max India Group will invest Rs 550 crore in Dehradun based project dedicated to rich senior citizens.The project will be built on the land of 20 acres consisting 270 housing units which will comprise apartments, suites and penthouses. The apartments will be available in 1, 2, and 3 BHK costing from Rs 1.5 crore to Rs 4.5 crore.People in senior citizen group majorly concerned about their complete care and security and as the project is completely dedicated to senior citizens it will provide complete care and security concerns within the boundaries of the project. The CEO of Antara Senior Living said that project will provide great quality of life and make life easy for this aged group.Antara will provide many facilities in the project dedicated to the arts and crafts, Library, pottery and many other hobbies and interests of the people along with the sports facilities dedicated to badminton, tennis etc. The Group will employ 260 people and train them which will work in the project to provide the services in the project.The total investment of 550 crore is assigned to the project out of which Rs 115 crore will be invested by the Max India Group and the remaining investment will come from the debt of different organizations.The citizens will have to pay the predefined maintenance cost of Rs 29,000 along with Rs 16 per sq ft on a monthly basis.
