Tamil Nadu Introduced its Own Stamp Duty Bill

TN-New-stamp-billIn a move to simplify stamp duty operations, the Tamil Nadu state government has introduced its own stamp duty bill. Taking inspiration from states like Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka etc, TN has made its exclusive stamp law. The regulations in the Tamil Nadu Stamp Bill are framed by the commercial taxes and registration minister B.V. Ramanaa.
