Mumbai based real estate developer Mantri Realty is planning to invest Rs 1500 crore across India in coming three years. Mantri Realty will announce most of the projects in next 4 months which will provide around 2,300 flats. The developer plans to construct the proposed projects in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Solapur and Gwalior which will provide housing units costing up to 5 crore.Out of the total investment of Mantri Realty, 300-500 crore investments will come from the banks as the debt. The remaining investment will be raised from customer’s bookings and from the company’s profits.The company has decided to launch a project with around 80 luxurious apartments in Mumbai costing in the range of Rs 2 crore to 5 crore. Another upcoming project from Mumbai is there where Mantri Realty will invest for developing 250 units each costing 1 crore.Elaborating more about investment Mantri said that they also decided to invest in affordable housing project in Gwalior, a project with 1200 housing units at price range of Rs 8-25 lakh with scheme with 60 interest-free installments and 75 per cent of the advance payment.The total investment of Rs 1500 crore will be divided in six different projects across India. Along with Mumbai’s two and Gwalior’s affordable housing project, the company will also develop a project in Solapur, where they will offer 100 housing units at a price of Rs 50 lakh to 80 lakh. They have also planned to build a project in Bangalore with housing units at mid-range price of Rs 40-60 lakh.Mantri also added that they have acquired all required land for the projects in respective cities. The company is planning to increase their revenue to 400 crore this fiscal year.
