New Delhi: An investment of 600 crore is announced by Advance India Projects Limited in a move to develop around 600 premium residential units which will be focusing on providing high end homes to prospective buyers. It is predicted that the work will be completed in 3-4 years. The project is named as “The Peaceful Homes” and the cost of flat will vary from 1.3 crore to 2.5 crore each.The executive director of the AIPL said that they have sanctioned an amount of Rs 600 crore for the development of “The Peaceful Homes” project. He also added that the customers will also be assisted by the banks.The project will be developed on plush 16 acres of land and the cost of land is included in the investment amount. A total of 600 housing units will offer penthouses in different sizes ranging from 1,565 sq ft and 2,925 sq ft along with 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Facilities like club House, library, reading room, aerobics, gymnasium and yoga center and sports areas will be the added features of the project.The major source of investment will come through the customers. As the cash flows in with the sale of apartments, the construction will progress further.
