Skywalk Planned in Chennai

skywalk-in-chennaiChennai: Living in a time where rate of addition of vehicles is growing exponentially is not an easy job. It comes in the flash: traffic jams. It is totally understandable that we all need a medium for commuting but we must be ready to face the consequences. A weak infrastructure with rapid multiplication of vehicles can make things terrible. And in many many places this scene is witnessed. The crowd in addition with uncountable vehicles on a not-so-wide road equals congestion, bottleneck, cracking vocal chords, brawls and blare. In a move to overcome the current chaos, Chennai is planning to design a skywalk (not that mall!) that will be connecting major locations air-to-air. Heavy money has been allotted for the study of possibility of skywalks at T.Nagar and Parry’s Corner. Jones Lang LaSalle (Urban Planning Consultants) suggested a 600km skywalk (with elevators) connecting T Nagar bus depot and the train station to reduce the number of pedestrians on Ranganathan Street and autos at Madley Road subway. In a same way the skywalk will help people in parry’s to cross North Beach Road to NSC Bose Road, in an easy manner which will be good for both people and the traffic. However the residents remain skeptic and fears that this proposal will remain in paper only. But if the government is focused and perform then there might be some visible space where vehicles can move instead of getting stuck in jams займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
