Delhi: The process of land acquisition is getting harder as the owners are complaining about the low compensations. This is deterring the growth which is necessary to meet the demands of urbanization. Hence in a move to recover from the present illness, the Delhi Development Authority has proposed the model of land pooling in place of land acquisition. The idea was discussed between Ministry of Urban Development and organizations like CREDAI, FICCI and NAREDCO and tabled this week.Land Pooling is a method in which land parcels from the individuals/owners is legally consolidated in the name of development authority. The land pooling agency later transfers ownership of the part of land back to the owners for development for such areas. Or in simple words land parcels of an area are pooled into a single plot for a temporary period, plots are re-shaped and readjusted to have access; infra-structure services are provided and then returned back to the original land owner so that the whole area is converted into developed residential plots with basic infrastructures.Apart from that, the owner would be getting compensation and land in the zonal development plan with minimum displacement possible. The land pooling concept stands strong in front of acquisition one because it doesn’t throw the actual owner into dark light but takes it with the development parallely.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
