Chandigarh: Budget 2013 has proved to be constructive for the women of our country. The proposal put forth by the finance minister have indeed worked in favor of the women in Haryana. Chief Minister of Haryana, Bhupinder Singh Hooda have declared that 3.5 lakh affordable homes will booked in the name of the women who belong to the economically weaker section of the society or the women of beneficiary families. For this noble reason the government has launched a new housing scheme called Priyadarshani Awaas Yojna, to provide home to the deprived people in rural as well as urban areas. This scheme will provide 2 lakh homes for the poor segment in the rural area while Affordable Urban Housing policy 2013 will provide 1.5 lakh units in urban localities.The scheme will ensure that this home which will be a financial support for women cannot sold by the men of the families. According to the CM of Haryana, these affordable homes are solely an asset for women who belong do the deprived section of the society.Under the Priyadarshani Awaas Yojna scheme which is an initiative by the Government of Haryana, each of the recipients will be budgeted Rs. 81,000 as endowment for the construction. Apart from that Rs. 9,100 will also be allocated under the scheme of Nirmal Bharat Abhiyaan. A budgetary distribution of Rs. 350 crore under the housing scheme has prepared by the government. HUDCO will also finance Rs.1350 crore for this scheme.The beneficiaries will be provided home of approx 300 square feet at extremely reasonable rates. The Financial Institutions have also decided to provide home loans under ISHUP scheme and 5% grant will be offered for the loan of Rs. 1 lakh. The housing project for the urban poor will be undertaken by Haryana Housing board, Urban Local Bodies and Town and Country Planning.Majority of the women who will be benefited by this scheme belong to the schedule caste category as most of them are underprivileged and lack proper shelter.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
