US has cut down its spending amount to $85million, the companies are undergoing the situation of stagnation. Hence, there are chances that this slowdown can have a negative impact on the commercial real estate market of India.Most of the office spaces in India are occupied by IT companies, hence if US goes through recession, the companies will strive to increase their outsourcing with the intention to make the most effective use of their money and to improve the efficiency.According to experts, in 2013 the office leasing is predicted to surpass 30 million square feet. American companies are looking out for cheaper locations with lesser workforce expense. There are chances that the rental costs will also be affected in several localities of India due to the excess supply of office spaces.Reinforcement will be one of the key factors that would act as the driving force for the commercial real estate, this year.
