From around a year and a half, the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Bill is under review. It is mainly presented to sort out the issues caused by the Land Acquisition Act but due to disagreement (by the ministers) in the reforms mentioned in the bill, it’s under discussion from very long. In a move to give a thrust to the bill, the parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath has called numerous political parties to discuss the issues regarding the LARR Bill.BJP, TMCP, SP, BSP and JD(U) are the participants with the minister who will be raising concerns over the bill. It is quite shocking and surprising as well that on the last winter session, government had moved 157 amendments to the LARR Bill. Several opposition parties have suggested changes in multifold. The changes include transparency, scope of public purpose, compensation level, and change in the name of bill. After making several changes, the bill is sent to standing committee. The concern that really matters is the increment in compensation given to the landowners and the land-dependent people. The bill should favour them than those who are acquiring the land. LARR Bill focuses on the so called common man who shall be treated equally and wisely in terms of compensation or rehabilitation when it comes to land acquisition. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
