12 Roads of Chennai to Be Maintained by CREDAI

CREDEAI-chennai-roadsChennai: Confederation Of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India, better known as CREDAI, had been given sanction to maintain 12 important roads of Chennai. CREDAI is the apex body for private real estate developers. The 12 roads are namely Purasawakkam High Road, Veppery High Road, Gangadeswarar Koil Street, Gandhi-Irvin Road, Raja Annamalai Road, Narayana Guru Road, Jothi Venkatachalam Road, E V K Sampath Road, Pantheon Road, Raja Muthiah Road, Police Commissioner Road and Whannels Road. In the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by CREDAI, it is required by the organization to clean these roads twice a day. The agency would also maintain the medians and traffic islands. General cleanliness such as the removal of posters and banners and other objects that make roads ugly or distract people will be maintained by the agency. All the workers required for the job will be employed by CREDAI itself.CREDAI has often entered into partnerships with different departments of the government to facilitate environmental maintenance or promote the real estate sector. This is yet another instance of the government’s dependence on the private sector to maintain infrastructure. In the Budget 2013 CREDAI is strongly advocating the cause of the real estate sector to be declared an ‘industry’ to receive more benefits through different governmental policies.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
