Chennai: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) will be organizing the Fairpro 2013 at the Chennai trade center, Nandambakkam, near Guindy. The property fair will start from the 22nd will go till the 24th of February 2013.The Fairpro, described as “the fairest property fair”, is an annual event arranged by CREDAI. It is the biggest property fair of its kind which offers “fair prices, fair practices, fair deals”. This year Fairpro is coming with its sixth edition. Almost 70 builders will be showcasing 250 projects from around Tamil Nadu at the Fairpro this year. Properties will range from plots to villas and flats. The prices will vary between Rs 15 lakh to Rs 10 crore.Seven housing finance companies, namely — Indiabulls, HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd and Punjab National Bank will be participating in the fair and they will be offering on the spot home loans at affordable interest rates. As a run up to Fairpro, CREDAI had already organized two mega home loan melas, one at Aloft Hotel in Sholinganallur from February 14-15 and the other at Vijaya Mahal in Pondy Bazaar from February 16-17.Secretary of CREDAI Chennai, Mr. Suresh Krishna said that almost 75,000 visitors are expected at the Fairpro 2013. Last year properties of almost Rs. 150 crore had exchanged hands due to Fairpro. Property buyers will be informed about the best projects, their eligibility criteria and the best offers in the CREDAI Fairpro 2013 Chennai.For the first time CREDAI has invited celebrity promotion to gain the attention of the buyers.
