A 3-day property expo organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, starting from 19th January is coming to the city of Bhubaneshwar to showcase the housing trend in the current real estate market and will also focus on the amenities related. More than 40 companies are expected to participate in the event and around 100 builders will exhibit their project to aware and attract the users. And that is not the end; several attractive offers will also be availed to the customers at the expo. The property exhibition is predicted to be an all class expo as it will cater the requirements of every level of people and thus property that costs as low as Rs 12 lakh is also exhibited.Out of property, seminars and conferences on the crucial elements and recent activities of the real estate market by policymakers and intellectuals of real estate is also planned to be juxtaposed with the property show.CREDAI works in 22 states with its elite 12, 000 members in favour of building transparency in the industry, motivation in the market and aims in creating the real estate sector reliable and profitable for both users and builders.
