Rentals in Hyderabad perceives 20% Leap

Hyderabad PropertiesHyderabad: Perpetual requirement for houses and insufficient new projects emanated a 20% increase in the rental rates in the prime locations of Hyderabad. Gachibowli and Madhapur which are crucial parts of HITEC City had witnessed highest hike followed by Srinagar Colony, Banjara Hills and Somajiguda. It seems Hyderabad is no longer able to project its ‘affordable’ tag as prices jump and the demands are pulled up in the IT hub continuously.Within the CBD of the city too (that encompasses areas like Banjara Hills and Somajiguda) there is a serious scarcity of unoccupied spaces.“Unlike areas in and around HITEC City, where a decent number of projects are under construction and are expected to be ready to occupy within the next few years, there is no land parcel available in localities such as Srinagar Colony to accommodate fresh ventures. Predictably rentals here are only set to shoot up in the future owing to the rush of prospective occupants,” said Sandip Patnaik, managing director (Hyderabad) of the global real estate consultant firm Jones Lang Lasalle.Playing a small yet crucial part in pushing up residential rents in the city is the Telangana issue that hit the health of realty sector in the city. Citizens still aren’t sure about Hyderabad being a safe investment location and thus feel more comfortable moving in to leased houses than putting their money on a new home. However, the leaping rentals were only limited to some pockets of Hyderabad. In areas such as Nizampet or even Kukatpally there is no impact because of surplus supply. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
