Predictably rentals here are only set to shoot up in the future owing to the rush of prospective occupants,” said Sandip Patnaik, managing director (Hyderabad) of the global real estate consultant firm Jones Lang Lasalle.Playing a small yet crucial part in pushing up residential rents in the city is the Telangana issue that hit the health of realty sector in the city.
