6 years ago, The Pune circle of MSEB started with a complaint helpline numbers for various areas to speed up the complaint reversal during monsoons.Early years, the chairman of MSEB preferred this to be a great idea since the consumers have their rights towards proper functioning of electricity and the organization felt that the MSEB must live up to the expectations of the citizens in Pune.If the consumers call on their respective numbers, there’s a new 24 hour phone helpline shall be in the pipeline by the MSEB. My builder is refusing to return my Service tax that they had taken from all of the buyers. The total amount is around 1 Lakh. I have called them atleast 15 times already, and they always have some or the other excuse. Mirchandani Builders, Sunshine Villas is the project I’m referring to. It’s been more than 3 years now that the construction has been completed.

I am an NRI and will be visiting India shortly with my family for a brief vacation.
The MSEB was sending us erratic bills with meter reading showing zero and made me pay twice Rs50,000 and then Rs 30000 and continued to send me such bills when I finally got the electricity cut off. Is been 10years I am living outside India nad I still get these high bills. since I am visiting India I need the electricity installed what advise do you have.
I am a resident of Greenffields appartment Flat 17 I am in a dilemma and I need help I have paid more electricity bill than the cost of my apartment.

As We have confirmed on Toll Free number – 1800 2333 435, the MSEB staff replied that they don’t have your area information written in comment, so please tell Mr. Sachin (.i.e. you ) to call on this helpline number so that they can send someone to check what the actual problem is.

i stay in pawana nagar kalewadi pimpri very often we have problems with power supply I am under impression that we in pimpri city dont have LOADSHEDING and we pay extra amount on bills but whats this undeclared power cutoffs ? can some responsible person reply pls

I am resident of Gardenia, Hadapsar, Pune-28. Since last 2 months my flat electricity meter is not working and I have submitted application to replace the meter in Magarpatta MSEB office, Hadapsar . But still now the meter is not replaced. I have called to the manager of concerned department many times and I was told every time that MSEB doesn’t have agency to replace the meter.
My approx. electricity bill every month used to be around Rs.600 but now I am paying around Rs.900 without meter reading.
What can I do to solve this issue??
