6 years ago, The Pune circle of MSEB started with a complaint helpline numbers for various areas to speed up the complaint reversal during monsoons.
Early years, the chairman of MSEB preferred this to be a great idea since the consumers have their rights towards proper functioning of electricity and the organization felt that the MSEB must live up to the expectations of the citizens in Pune.
If the consumers call on their respective numbers, there’s a new 24 hour phone helpline shall be in the pipeline by the MSEB. There are different numbers according to the specific areas they are respective to change according to the change in place; they are
