New Delhi: Themed amusement parks are now in multitude. But what if a builder constructs a themed housing project? Wouldn’t it be wonderful? Real estate giant Supertech Ltd is planning one such thing to enthrall the public of the whole country. The firm has announced a Disney-theme housing project costing Rs 500 crore by tie up with Disney India in Greater Noida. The project will be a mixed use development that will deliver 800-1000 flats to be built in 7.5 acres of land with Disney interiors and exteriors. But this isn’t everything. The project will be also feature splendid 100 super luxury flats with interiors designed exclusively by Italian fashion brand Armani.Named as ‘Faber castle’, the whole project is a part of 100 acre development going on around Yamuna Expressway. The furnishings will be Disney branded with special colour palettes that will create the replica of the world of Disney characters.However this is Disney’s third such project in India; the other two are already in Mumbai (Sunteck Realty) and Kolkata (Team Taurus) which gathered positive responses.It’s a move that developers are taking to transcend the current strature of projects.
