Bangalore: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) is organizing a realty expo at the Gayathri Vihar, Palace Grounds (Bangalore), this December. This real estate exhibition will be held on the 8th and 9th of December, 2012, from 10am to 8pm.
CREDAI is the apex body governing the functioning of India real estate by laying down guidelines and code of conduct. CREDAI is the highest authority representing almost 6,000+ developers from across the nation. CREDAI is a private body which acts as a mediator between the Government and the property seekers. CREDAI has been at the forefront in taking initiatives to link Developers to prospective buyers.
CREDAI has established itself in almost all the Metropolitan cities of India. CREDAI organizes PROFEST’s and REALTY EXPO’s from time to time to boost Developer-Buyer interaction. Due to all such noble initiatives, real estate in India has scaled greater heights in recent times.
