Hyderabad: The first ever CREDAI property show in Andhra Pradesh will be held at the People’s Plaza on the 2nd of November 2012. This property show will be active for 3 days with realtors, building material manufacturers, consultants and financial institutions forming the featured guest list. Candidates from 2-tier and 3-tier cities will also be participating in this realty show. This will serve as a platform for interaction which will help showcase the present real estate scenario in India.
From integrated townships to complexes, this event will display myriad property types. The concept of green building which is quite under the spotlight will also be showcased as a part of the property show.
Almost 150 developers and 50 stakeholders from the various sectors like finance, manufacturing and real estate will be participating in the event.
More than 15,000 dwelling units and commercial spaces worth more than Rs.10,000 crore will be showcased in the event. More than 10,000 interested visitors are expected to participate in this event.
CREDAI is the apex body of India which supervises the functioning of real estates and organizes many such interactive events. This property show is first of its kind in Andhra Pradesh organized by CREDAI.
