Bangalore: Owners will now be able to produce a hard core proof of property ownership with the introduction of Property Ownership Card. With the failure of a similar attempt few months back, the Government has roped in a new company to assist the implementation of this project. Around 32 villages will come under this proposed project. Work has already commenced with appointed officials coordinating as a team to conduct surveys and collect information. Documents pertaining to the property will be analyzed and entered into the database which will thereafter be used for creating the property ownership card. Information about the property ownership, allotment details and other details will be a part of the card. Also authenticity of owners will be verified using dedicated software for the same.
