Luxury apartments in Mumbai’s under-constructed sky scraper residential building, World One Tower has gone on sale in British Capital, London.The Giorgio Armani designed residential spaces inside this premium project are specially constructed targeting high net-worth individuals who have luxurious second homes in London, NRIs based in London or expatriates who often visit India.Since the economy of London has recovered, developers are targeting at wealthy expatriates and other potential international investors. Thus the affluent property agents in London have started selling the well-appointed flats in this prestigious project.The ongoing project, World One Tower will be having 117 floors which makes this the world’s tallest residential building. Swimming pool, health club and gym are customary facilities offered with most of the luxury apartments. Apart from this the residential zone is said to have cricket grounds and pavilion.The project comprise of more than 300 residential spaces and most of the apartments are Arabian Sea facing. World One Tower has been constructed at a price of around 205 million pounds.
