Delhi/NCR – The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will be soon selling the commercial plots located in Sector 22 A, along Yamuna expressway through auction.The authority has organized a special scheme called ‘Footprints for Commercial Use’ under which the officials will be offering 22 commercial plots of 112 sq m to 140 sq m with a price tag of Rs. 98, 634 per sq m for the potential investors.According to the CEO of YEIDA, the development authority under this special scheme will auction the plots to the investors on a 90-year lease period. He further added that among the 22 plots, 7 are of 112 sq m of size, another 7 are of 140 sq m and 8 are of 124 sq m area.With the fixed reserved price of plots at Rs. 98,634 per sq m, the bidding rate for 112 sq m plot will start from Rs. 1.10 crore and for 124 sq m and 140 sq m plot, the price will start from Rs. 1.22 crore and Rs. 1.28 crore, respectively. As per the officials, the thriving technical bids will be confirmed on 27th February, 2015.The commercial plots have been developed by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, however the construction process will be carried out by the potential allottees on these plots.The CEO of YEIDA said that urban development should be directed by sustainable planning and management design which apart from promoting interconnected green space will also focus on multi-use development and multi- modal transportation.The plots will be available for possession from this year’s July.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
