The project will be developed on a land which is located in Badlapur, Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It will have around 1.3 million sq ft of saleable region.The Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Group said that they are contented to come up with this new project in Badlapur which would be priced affordably. This project will strengthen their presence in metropolis like Mumbai. They intend to deliver finest project with exceptional lifestyle amenities to their residents.Currently, this real estate firm is engaged in residential, township and commercial projects around 12 cities which are spread across a total area of 103 million sq ft. Godrej-Properties was established in 1990 and is said to be first real estate firm to possess ISO certification.
