This had led to non-attainment of objection certificates to around 30,000 flat owners and eventually slowed down the project work.As per the official, no real estate project comes within the territory of eco-sensitive zone of the bird sanctuary. The senior officials of the Noida administration confirmed this and said that by this year end, the homebuyers should be able to register their flats.  The officials further said that a copy of the notice will be handed over to NGT while the notice is being drafted as per the Supreme Court guidelines and stakeholders interest.
