Delhi/NCR: In an attempt to reduce bureaucratic obstacles in India, state government has planned to eliminate one fundamental layer in the registration of properties. From now onwards, property sales deed registration will no more require no-objection certificate (NOC) sanctioned by the local authority. This drive is an initiative to recover the real estate sector of our country. Most of the builders whined that NOCs resulted in delay of property transactions and were infected by corruption. According to spokesperson of a prominent real estate company, since the municipal authorities are capable to setback the sales deed, most of the property deals were getting delayed in already slow-moving real estate market. Apart from this, in majority of the cases, the officers were corrupt and used to ask for bribe to approve the NOCs.Till now the property buyers or sellers would acquire the No Objection Certificate from the local civic body or Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP). Acquiring NOC was important as without the approval of this document, no sales deed can be registered.A subcommittee was formed in a conference of Haryana Cabinet to determine the possibilities of modifying rules associated to small and medium townships. The Chief Minister of Haryana said that the board will be presenting its suggestions before the next cabinet meeting.According to the chief spokesperson of INLD, as the government is in bad condition, they will look for every possible way to escape from the situation. However they do not expect any ethic or transparency from them.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
