Globally recognized, commercial services company, KPMG is in news for planning to lease over 7 lakh sq ft of commercial space in Bangalore. It would be, this year’s largest commercial space absorption, until now in India. The company is planning to lease such a large space since it will be hiring more 10,000 professionals as its employees in next four years across our country.As per a report, KPMG has announced that it will be utilizing the space to expand its work area and also to strengthen its business in the IT hub, Bangalore. However the deal has taken place at a time where the property sector has been affected by the economic slump which eventually resulted in considerable reduction in the office space absorption in India.According to the sources, one of the leading realty firms, RMZ has booked 7.6 lakh sq ft of space in RMZ Ecoworld for this professional services company that will be occupied in phases. In the 1st Phase it will take up, 4.6 lakh sq ft of space while in the 2nd phase, the remaining 3 lakh sq ft of space will be obtained which is still to be constructed depending upon the requirement of KPMG.A spokesperson of this company said that, KPMG has currently agreed to utilize 1.5 lakh sq ft of commercial area in Bangalore which would ultimately increase to 4.70 lakh sq ft.KPMG is India’s rapidly developing professional services company which has offices around 12 places.The spokesperson said that the company aims to grow more in future and continue to spread out its offices as well as locations.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
