Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Proposes to Develop 10 Smart Cities in the State

vijaywadaHyderabad: The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh currently announced that the land for the newly formed capital in Vijayawada-Guntur district would be bought from private companies in the share of compensation for 60 % of the land and the remaining 40 % of suitable land in substitute at an alternative location.The Chief Minister after being avowed, first time got in touch with the media and spoke that such type of agreement will be beneficial for the government as well as for the land owners. However the land owners can acquire high rate for the land handed over to them, observing the hike in the land rates near the budding capital.According to the Chief Minister, even after persuading so much, if the land acquisition becomes tricky then the government may start discovering new areas to establish the capital. He further added that the capital should be colossal as Hyderabad so that the administrative offices including the Secretariat and Assembly can also be present there.The Chief Minister also said that he is planning to develop mega cities in Andhra Pradesh which will be part of the decentralized development. He kept forward his desire to come up with at least 10 impressive smart cities with the state.
