With respect to the increase in land allotment prices in Noida, the property stamp and registry department of Uttar Pradesh has decided to raise the circle rates in Noida, Ghaziabad and also in Greater Noida. The changed circle rates will come into effect from August 1st, 2014 in Gautam Budh Nagar as well as in Ghaziabad. Circle rate is basically minimum valuation of the property, the rate at which sale or transfer of independent home, plot, flat or commercial space in specific locality can take place.According to the DIG of property stamp and registration department the new circle rates will be applied after the district magistrates of Gautam Budh Nagar and Ghaziabad gives approval to the proposal. As per the AIG of stamp and registration department, a meeting will be conducted for discussing the plan and make a decision on the implementation of the modified circle rates. Once the proposal gets approval, the new circle rates will come into effect. The meeting will be held in Lucknow. With respect to the increase in circle rates, the real estate firms of Noida said that it will probably be a lucrative time to invest in properties. However the dwellers seem to be dissatisfied by this proposal. They feel that the circle rates in the city seem to be impractical. In some of the scenarios, the market prices in Noida are less than the current circle rates and the buyer indeed has to pay the income tax on the gap.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
