According to the top official of one of the leading real estate companies of India, Godrej Properties, the company is eagerly waiting to enter the real estate sector of Noida and is searching for a partner for a develop residential project through joint venture.Currently this Mumbai-based real estate company is developing 3 supreme residential projects in Gurgaon in partnership with land owners. Apart from this Godrej properties has already tied up for development of a residential project in Okhla, Delhi. The company follows a typical approach of developing real estate projects through joint ventures.The CEO and Managing Director of Godrej Properties said that Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi-NCR are their prime markets and now their planning to expand their presence in the north capital region. The company hasn’t launched any project in Noida; hence they are planning to launch more projects in this key market of Delhi-NCR.Despite of the slowdown in the real estate sector, Godrej Properties is standing strong and is planning to launch more projects than the last financial year where it had developed 10 new projects or added phase to the existing projects. The company will continue to develop the projects through joint ventures.If the whole real estate market is taken into consideration then the housing sector is lacking behind at present. In the last six months, NCR was the slowest.Godrej Properties had recently declared to come up with a new residentialproject in Gurgaon with an investment of Rs. 150 crore.
