It is in process currently but no doubt in coming three four years you won’t be able to recognise new Talegaon with sky touching prices of real estate and all the facilities like health care, shopping malls, schools, colleges, big and small townships will be there and then it will be too late to invest in that areas as it may or may not be in your budget. Currently one can go for row houses in the price of a flat in pune but that time an apartment may seem to be costlier to buy. It is said that the right decision at the right time is fruitful.
