Delhi: Plot owners of the Udyog Vihar have urged local industrialist to not to pay their annual maintenance payments to the industry authority for the coming financial year. The industrial association members also said that the plot owners who have settled their property taxes to Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon don’t need to pay any extra amount or any sort of maintenance charges to HSIIDC.Many industrialists had paid their property tax dues to the MCG. Taxes can be collected only by one civic authority in a specific area and this authority becomes the core responsible authority for that specific area to provided basic amenities and services.Section 87 of the Corporation Act pertains imposition of the property tax while section 43 states obligatory functions with goals of maintaining and providing necessary facilities and services to the plots owners in the region. A basic service which needs to be provided by the authority includes drinking water, sewage management, draining etc.In the past few months, Udyog Vihar industrialists are paying dual taxes due to authority of two civic bodies in the region. The issues of dual taxation have become curse to the industrialist which are working or having property in the Gurgaon regions. The vision of taxation must be clear in the region and only one authority must be eligible to collect property taxes as well as to provide all the required services in the region.The state government has passed an order which significantly provided management duties of Udyog Vihar to the MCG but the municipal corporation has not started any sort of work in the region.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
