Tata Housing Sold 250 Flats Worth Rs. 100 Crore Through Online Campaign

The company sold these flats for around Rs. 100 crore.‘National Home Buying Day’ campaign took place from February 21st to February 25th where Tata Housing boasted its 5 projects, present in different locations like Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and Ahmedabad.According to the statement put forth by the company, they had initially, offered 200 flats in these 5 projects but their offer got oversubscribed 4 times due to which 800 applications were allocated for 200 flats. Hence by seeing the response of the interested homebuyers, the company offered 50 more residential units.According to the Head Marketing of Tata Value Homes, out of the total residential units offered, 20% of the flats were purchased by NRIs while remaining units were bought by local residents belonging to different parts of our country.
