Delhi-based, well-known real estate company, Ambience Group is all set to launch its 3 real estate projects in different locations of North India. This realty firm would be investing total Rs.18, 00 crore to launch these projects.Ambience Group would be coming up with 3 projects, out of which one would be an integrated township, spread across 350 acre of land in Panipat and the other two would be opulent residential projects in Gurgaon and Noida respectively. These housing projects would comprise of 1,100 residential units.The chairman of Ambience Group said that, the market condition seems to be improving and hence it is good time to come up with new ventures. The company would be launching these 3 projects in coming 3 months. They already have land to develop the projects. The cost of land is already paid and the investment of 1800 crore is for the construction of these projects.The Chairman further added that the company would be spending around Rs. 700 crore for its township project, Rs. 300 crore to develop 270 residential spaces on 4 acres of land in Noida and Rs. 800 crore for its 16 acre residential project in Gurgaon where it will be constructing 850 dwelling units.The company has currently completed with its villa project, a part of Ambience Island and is offering it for sale. The villas are priced around Rs. 15 to 22 crore. The company will be offering discount of 20% on the down payment.
