Construction Work of BDA Flats Yet to Start Off

BDAThe Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) had assured to deliver residential units to around 3,000 people by June, 2014. With less than six months of time, the construction work not even seems to be started for some of the buildings.The city development authority has set a target to deliver 6,000 affordable flats within 3 years of period. For the 1st Phase, the allotees have been requested to pay the full amount to take the flats possession. The BDA Commissioner said that the occupiers are given 180 days to make the payment and till that time the flats would be completely ready. However as per a survey, Doddabanahalli site is still under-construction.The site is divided into two parts, one with 16 floors where there are 752 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms while the other part comprise of seven, 18 floored buildings of 144 housing units for middle-income group and 504 units for lower income groups. For the 18 storied towers, the basement is under-construction and the plan for the 16 floored building is yet to be finalized.The workers haven’t started with the construction process as they still have not received the designing plan. According to the project manager, the process will take a minimum time of 18 months. The construction work from outside will be finished by them but the dwellers have to do the interiors themselves.The BDA Commissioner said that they are confident that the Doddabanahalli construction will be completed till June.BDA will be in total allocating 6,180 affordable residential units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in areas like Doddabanahalli, Gunjur, Alur, Valagerahalli, Malagala, Thippasandra and Kothanur.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
