New Delhi: Tata Housing is planning develop an ultra luxury residential project in the heart of Delhi which will comprise the most expensive villas in a price range of 130-170 crore. Tata housing will develop 4-5 ultra modern signature villas on the 1 acre land on Hailey road near Connaught Place in Delhi. The land currently houses a bungalow which was bought in 2012 by the group.The project will be launched in March-April which will comprise 4-5 villas having one of the most costly villas offered in the primary market across India. The villas will be developed with all sorts of ultra modern luxury features and Tata housing is in talks with renowned designers from France and Italy to craft these signature villas to their best.In last few year the Hailey road locality has witnessed many such ultra luxury trend with housing unit costing over 100 crore plus property deals in the last few years. With this project, Tata Housing is all set to foray in Delhi’s real estate market. Earlier Tata housing has launched super luxury projects ‘Gurgaon Gateway’ and ‘Primanti Garden Eastate’ in the Gurgaon region which has been a great success for the company.Tata housing is looking to expand its business and its presence in the national capital region with many such ultra-modern projects. Tata housing has maintained a record of perfect housing projects since its inception and it has developed some extensive projects across the country.Tata housing has also made an agreement with Alstom T&D India to buy a manufacturing unit spreading over 20 acres of land in Bangalore for the Ultra luxury project.
