Decision to Regularize Illegal Buildings to be Taken Before January, 20

pune-illegal-Pune: The Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra said that the state government will be taking the decision to regularize the illegal buildings present in the state before January, 20. He said this on the occasion of flyover inauguration in Dange Chowk, Pune.He further said the Chief Minister has assured in the meeting that the decision to regularize the unauthorized constructions will be taken within a month time. However the process is in finishing stages. According to the Deputy Chief Minister, it is not possible to regularize all the buildings, particularly the plots which are reserved in the development plan. The issue related to regularize the illegal constructions falls under the urban development department which is led by the Chief Minister; hence the Deputy CM will follow it with the CM.Civic projects works like metro plan is required to be started quickly as the code of conduct for the elections of Lok Sabha is likely to come into force soon. The Deputy CM said that to take a quick decision, they are ready to conduct the cabinet meeting, two times in a week.The state government has announced to come up with emergency medical services at the district level by providing 937 ambulances. The project would cost around Rs. 1,000 crore out of which the state government will be sponsoring Rs. 600 crore while the rest of the cost will be borne by the Union government. These ambulances will comprise of advanced medical equipments, doctors for speedy medical care for the patients.
