BMC Issued Notice to KR Foundation Seeking Damages for 18 Years

BMC-building-aprovalsMumbai: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has decided to request damage for revenue loss for its leased out property. A foundation had leased a prime plot in 1992 to build an auditorium but has failed to do so from past two decades. The plot is situated in Bandra (West) to KR foundation for 30 years for establishing an auditorium to providing it for civic body for at least 20 days per annum.BHC gad proposed to generate revenue from this auditorium by renting it in these days, but as there is no auditorium available on the site BMC has suffered through significant revenue loss in past two decades.KR foundation had granted an approval for construction by BMC in 1993 which was expected to complete by 1995. BMC stated that according to the plans of construction, it has lost revenue for 18 years since its leasing to the foundation. The BMC has decided to send a notice asking KR foundation to pay the damages which they have lost during past 18 years.Considering the facts of construction of the auditorium it seems that the BMC has lost ample amount of revenue in the past two decades over this property. The civic report of the BMC stated that the lost revenue has been of significant amount which could have helped BMC in various plans.The Bombay High court had directed the foundation to complete the construction of auditorium by 2012, but no operations were observed on the property, hence the BMC has issued a notice to the foundation seeking damages.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
