CIDCO to Start Joint Measurements for Airport Project

navi-mumbai-ulweNavi Mumbai: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has obtained endorsements from landlords for the land acquisitions for the airport project. The CIDCO will start joint measurement of lands which are proposed to be acquired according to the government notification. The CIDCO cleared that it will follow the transparent procedure for the land acquisition and measurements will be taken jointly with land lords who have endorsed the package.The planning and development body will send details of the finalized compensation package for about 5000 landlords via the village Sarpanch. Villagers attended the meeting held earlier which took the decision to carry out joint measurements of acquisitions. The officials stated that they are hopeful about more people joining the initiative which have understood the package given to landlords.Villagers from Owla and Pargaon near Navi Mumbai opposed the decision taken in the meeting. Landlords are still insisting on getting 35 per cent compensation for developed land and cash compensation of 6.25 crore for the undeveloped land per hectare.CODCO MD Sanjay Bhatia said there won’t be any more negotiations on the compensation package offered by the government. CIDCO officials cleared that 32 per cent compensation has been granted due to the extra FSI which is allowed in the region. The Pushpak Nagar will also have high FSI and high value as the area will be developed as a modern planned city.Pushpak Nagar development tenders have already been issued by the government, and CIDCO is planning to raze down the Ulwe hill after which it will float tender for the land reclamation for Rs 1400 crore.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
