66 acre Litigation-free Land Discovered in Hyderabad

Litigation-free-Land-HyderabadHyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh Land Management Authority (APLMA) had instructed Hyderabad district administration to carry out a survey on government land located under its jurisdiction. The Hyderabad district administration had taken up this survey and it has scrutinized government land situated in 16 mandals from the district which included Amberpet, Ameerpet, Bhahadurpura, Bandlaguda, Charminar, Gilconda, Shaikpet, Saidabad, Jahairatabad, Himayatnagar among others.Analysis of six months under the survey Hyderabad administration discovered about 66 acres of litigation-free government land. The land discovered is worth hundreds of crores which can be utilized for various purposes in the Hyderabad district.Under the survey, Hyderabad administration had provided tablet phones to the tehsildars to collect photographs and data such as survey numbers, town survey number record numbers, area etc for such litigation-free lands in their jurisdiction.The feedback given by these tehsildars cleared out that about 119 land parcels are litigation-free in the district which accumulate about 66 acres of land.Mukesh Kumar Meena, Hyderabad collector said that it is administration’s duty to secure the government land and use them for wise reasons. The district administration has started protecting these lands by setting up compound walls around these land parcels, about 30 land parcels have been secured until now and remaining will also be protected in the near future.To use these land parcels for the welfare and social infrastructure developments, the district administration has invited proposals from various departments like education, women and child welfare, social welfare etc for construction of welfare facilities.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
