Bangalore: Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has decided to re-allow the transaction and registration of the properties under B-Khatas (title deeds) within the BBMP jurisdiction. The decision was the result of a slump occurring in the property registrations in the city which has declined the revenue of the municipal corporation. The BBMP had stopped registration of properties through B-khata some months back, which has highly influenced the revenue generation of Bangalore. B-khata properties are the properties which do not have proper title or have deviations. The properties constructed on lands which belong to the revenue land and have not been converted from the district deputy commissioners are usually termed as B-khata.The properties which have been converted but the plot has not been approved by the local authorities like BBMP, BIAPPA and BMRDA are also termed as B-khata properties. The BBMP has observed a slight decline in the property registration revenues generated in the past few months. The decline of revenue is associated with the decision taken not to allow registration of B-khata properties in the city.To recover the decline revenues BBMP has taken this decision, which will help BBMP to collect revenue to the tune of over Rs 1000 crore which would be further used for the various development activities in the city.More than about 90 per cent of construction and vacant plots in the BBMP limits falls under the B-khata properties. The B-khata properties have always been resulted as lucrative revenue generators due to their often change of hands which needs to be registered with the civic body.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
