Visakhapatnam: The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) had organized two-day auction in two major districts- Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram. The auction was concluded on Sunday which fetched about Rs 24.82 crore through auction plots. VUDA auctioned about 63 plots in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram districts during the two days auction.VUDA has also planned to auction remaining 37 unsold plots in the next month and notification regarding the next auction will be issued as early as possible. During the last week’s auction, VUDA got significant response from the bidders; first day of the auction sold about 25 plots fetching revenue of Rs 9.35 crore whereas the second fetched Rs 15.47 crore through 38 plots.Plot number 65 in Cyber Valley layout received the highest bid of Rs 24,537 at the auction, whereas lowest bid received was of Rs 16,037. The average plot bid remained at Rs 18,000 in Madhurawada area against the average upset price of Rs 16,037.The Auction was concluded completely under the guidance of VUDA to avoid the artificial price hikes, and making auction reliable option for the middle income group in the city. N Yavaraj, VUDA vice chairman said that the auction prices were within the reach of the mid income group in the city. VUDA had taken relevant steps to prevent the unwanted artificial price hikes during the auction period to help genuine buyer get allotments at a fair prices for the properties.The auction included at about 100 plots which were available for sale, out of which only 63 plots were sold during last week’s two-day auction, remaining 37 plots will be again put for auction in the next month.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
